**About the Role**:
Reporting to General Manager Asia ANZ Lines, as a Cargo Flow Manager, you will be accountable for all ANL Line Cargo Flow Globally regarding defining strategies, systems and processes to service all ANL lines.

**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Optimize the vessel loading for all Commercial Lines and ensure the quality of service in compliance with the Group strategy and main required KPI’s

Monitor and assess tools to anticipate major risks and implement improvement processes

Monitor vessels performance for all lines on consolidated summaries to ascertain the availability of additional capacity above base allocation

Mentor, coach and provide guidance to ANL Oceania Cargo Flow team

Standardize processes across Cargo Flow to increase service levels

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Tertiary qualification in business, International Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent experience

8-10 years’ experience in the shipping industry with at least 5 years in a Trade role

Strong experience working in a multicultural environment ideally with experience working within Asia

Sound knowledge of the Cargo Flow process and vessel optimization

Excellent technical aptitude with the ability to pickup new tools and systems

Strong acumen to present data analytically for business decisions

Demonstrated skills in leading people to achieve results
