**POSITION**

A Project Coordinator position has now become available due to a new product launch's rapid success and subsequent increased client & customer demand.
- Maintaining and monitoring projects plannings, project schedules, work hours, resourcing, budgets, and expenditures
- Monitor labor resource schedule
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings and distributing minutes, and following up actions where applicable
- Assist project managers with workplace health and safety documentation and inductions for site works
- Developing project strategies
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks, and all documentation is maintained current for each project
- Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable
- Booking accommodation, flights, and car hire for away work projects
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Maintain weekly team check ins and support outputs
- Hold and control weekly PMO scheduling meetings
- Ad hoc project administration tasks.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

- Experience in any _Project Coordination_, _Pre-Sales_, _Customer Support_, or _Service Department_ role
- This **MUST **be coming from **AV/VC, ICT, Electrical, Lighting Control** or a **similiar industry**:

- Experience with Xero and Project Management Software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, and a high level of competence using Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and time management skills
