Six Months contract for Conference room Technician with potential to extend - based in Western Sydney.

**Your new company**
We are hiring for an experienced Conference room Technician for one of our well known client based in Western Sydney.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be providing on-site support for meeting rooms and conference facilities. The role provides video-conferencing support and dealing with audio visual equipment of various types.
- Providing 1st level onsite technical support for meeting room hardware and conference facilities
- Providing 1st level onsite technical support for MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco Jabber
- Providing 1st level onsite technical support PC configuration/settings
- Follows the ITIL & Agile methodologies, including Problem, Change, Incident and Request Management.
- Provide 1st level fault diagnosis resolution for technology in scope, support in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Maintain an efficient site audit program for all meeting room hardware within scope
- Update incidents, requests and tasks with information relevant to internal customer calls.
- Identify Problems through the analysis of Incidents.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Understanding and experience with Windows 10 operating system, supporting Microsoft Office Suite 2019
- Understanding and experience with using and supporting MS Teams/Zoom
- Experience with fault finding with conferencing equipment and conferencing software
- Experience with updating meeting room hardware firmware
- Experience with using VPN, WiFi, 4G/5G, Bluetooth solutions
- Experience with troubleshooting connectivity issues to PC devices
- Applicant's need to be Australian Citizen
