**Job Description**:
Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites are looking for 2 Maintenance Officers to join the team on a part-time basis.

With your handyman skills you will work with the Maintenance Manager with work required. The building itself dates back to the 1800’s when it was used as a working wool store and now sits proudly as apartment style accommodation, still with the historic charm of a heritage listed building.

You will be required to work weekend shifts.

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Facilities and rooms include various self-contained apartment options with inclusive Wi-Fi, onsite gym, swimming pool and TV with streaming capabilities.

**Qualifications**:
**Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications.
