The role:
The Maintenance Officer in our aged care facilities is to deliver a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment and an efficient, customer-focused maintenance service for our residents in North Sydney and Woolwich.

Who we are looking for:

- You will be a team player, professional, friendly and can work a regular roster within our villages/facilities.
- At least one year experience as a Maintenance Officer in aged care or other similar industry (preferred)
- Trade qualification (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and complete workload in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and sensitive to the needs of the elderly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated understanding of legislative requirements pertaining to maintenance and repairs (eg OHS, Fire/Evacuation).
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride in personal appearance.
- Strive for excellence in service for our people
- Current Australian Drivers License
