**The Opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will be wide ranging with some of the main tasks for this role being (but not limited to):

- Processing and reconciling payments.
- Investigate, follow up and processing of accounts, credit notes and overdue invoices.
- Responsible and accountable for aged receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding accounts and provide regular reports for review and follow up.
- Provide accounts receivable information to customers as required.
- Setting up and maintaining of new customer accounts
- Processing month end
- Assisting the Accounts Payable role and other ad-hoc duties within the finance area when required.

**Who we are looking for**:
Ideally coming with a proven track record gained from working in an accounts receivable or payable role, to be considered for this opportunity we are seeking to hear from applicants who therefore possess:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable required
- Strong experience with Xero, Excel and other software packages.
- Ability to work in a team, displaying a positive attitude whilst under pressure.
- Demonstrates sound written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills to develop healthy and effective working relationships with a small team
- Proven attention to detail with demonstrated attitude and thoroughness of work standards.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Sunshine, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
