**About the Opportunity**

In this exciting and diverse role, some of the things you will see yourself doing include:

- Mentoring junior members of the team including assisting with the interpretation of policy and legislation, attending the ERD Court and reviewing written documents.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or related field and/or commensurate demonstrated experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Relevant experience in planning assessment and demonstrated ability to assess and analyse highly complex planning matters and determine solutions.
- Highly developed customer service skills, including ability to liaise effectively and build cooperative relationships with internal and external customers.
