**About the Role**
BGIS is seeking a proactive and experienced **Cleaning Operations Manager**to lead cleaning services across high-profile client sites in **Potts Point, Sydney CBD, and North Sydney**. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has a strong background in operations, and is passionate about delivering top-tier service quality.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations, support and lead large teams, liaise directly with clients, and maintain service excellence across multiple sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple commercial and government sites
- Be on-site 5 days per week to lead teams and ensure smooth service delivery
- Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and reporting to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide coaching, training, and performance support to cleaning staff
- Resolve service issues and client concerns promptly and professionally
- Prepare quotes for additional services and contribute to budget planning
- Monitor stock levels, rostering, WHS compliance, and team performance

**About You**:

- **Australian Citizenship required**(due to client site security requirements)
- Proven experience managing cleaning operations across large or multi-site environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, client service, and organisational abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and on-site full-time
- Valid driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia
