**Overview of responsibilities**:

- Creating an emotional link to the Culture Kings brand that is authentic, exciting, powerful and bold - linked to the customer’s identity
- Creating on-brand website designs based on research and data to achieve objectives in line with increasing conversion and AOV, includes completed detailed mock-ups to support ongoing development
- Supporting the Retail business in all forms of retail store asset requirements including but not limited to POS, Store Signage, Billboards, Store promotional event assets, large-scale print and more
- Working with creative leads and stakeholders from initial brief, iterations to finished art - including post-campaign hindsight reviews where artwork is analysed for improved future iterations

**Your skills & experience**:

- 3+ years’ experience in design, ideally within a fashion or retail company, agency or fashion e-commerce with relevant qualifications
- Well-developed UI/ UX skill set with experience in guiding businesses through best-in-class designs with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote
- A strong understanding of HTML/CSS principles
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent eye for detail and personal high standard of accuracy
