**The Opportunity**

This role is responsible for various client payments support tasks, including general finance tasks, accounts receivables, payment allocations, finance options for clients and stakeholder engagement.

**What the day will look like**
- Accounts Receivable support and reducing days outstanding for debtors
- Reconciling and allocating payments received
- Providing finance options for clients
- Payment follow ups and managing debtors
- Renewing and growing Premium Funding sales across all Aon Australia segments
- Providing high level customer service and administration support to stakeholders
- Responding to queries from brokers and funders, pertaining to client issues, defaults and cancellations
- Ensuring all contracts and incoming funds are processed efficiently and accurately
- Identifying process improvement opportunities

- Possess analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable establishing relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to multi task and complete complex tasks
- High level attention to detail
