We are currently recruiting for a Release Coordinator for a NSW State Government client.

**About the role**

Provides oversight and lead delivery and implementation of IDS change and communication strategies related to projects, programs and operational changes.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and coordinate multifaceted change and communications activities, to support the Client's policy and operational priorities and to communicate critical messages relating to initiatives and service delivery.
- Deliver change and communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed the required business change.
- Ensure key stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners where necessary are actively engaged in planning, and their needs are incorporated in change, communication, and engagement strategies and plans.

**Skills and experience**
- SAP experience essential
- Previous NSW State Government experience is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the release process.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills to effectively manage multiple releases and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional time-management abilities, enabling efficient prioritization and adherence to release schedules.
