THREE MILLS BAKERY is an artisan bakery committed to hand-made sourdough and pastries. Not only do we supply direct to our customers through our 2 cafes & supply amazing products to Canberra cafes / restaurants and independent grocers; we are also launching our Bake at Home range of pastries nationally.

Not only are we looking for craftspeople to make our amazing products, we’re also looking for professional, organised, people-person to coordinate our ‘packing’ and ‘packaging’ duties.

This is a fast paced physical position that requires product knowledge (and care) and an organised mind. We work across 2 sites so communication and co ordination with other department leaders is critical.
