***Key Responsibilities May Include**:
- **Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and receipt of goods while adhering to regulatory and internal policies.**:
- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing transparency in logistics operations.**:
- **Manage purchase orders to ensure timely processing and fulfilment, maintaining efficient inventory and stock levels.**:
- **Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring efficient and timely logistics operations.**:
- **Implement strategies to optimize internal and external logistics operations, reducing travel distances and enhancing operational efficiency.**:
- **Ensure that all data related to logistics and inventory management is accurately recorded in the system, supporting data-driven decision-making and reporting.**:
- **Contribute to the plant's production reporting process by providing key logistics insights, supporting performance analysis and the achievement of KPIs.**:
- **Act as the liaison between plant management and logistics teams, promoting effective communication and ensuring alignment on production and logistics priorities.**

**As part of the Plant Operations team in NSW, your role will be to provide effective administrative support to a service centre plant. As the glue that holds the team together, you will enjoy rolling your sleeves up and using your initiative. Based at our Kemps Creek plant**,**this role reports directly to the Service Centre Manager.**
**The key responsibilities of this role include**:
- **As the sole administrator for the plant, providing all round administrative support to the team**
- **Providing reliable financial information in relation to equipment and inventory balances**
- **Coordinating the Coordinating staff timesheets and entering data into the system for submission to payroll**
- **Coordinating all purchasing including stationery, PPE, uniforms, merchandise, business cards, etc.**
- **Providing administrative support for our safety and environment systems**
- **Some accounts payable and data reconciliation, including stock and inventory balances**
- **Ensuring the smooth functioning of all office based activities**
- **Maintaining all filing and records for cost centre management**
- **Experience in a busy site administration role**
- **Some exposure to an industrial environment would be an advantage**
- **Previous experience in purchasing / stock control**
- **Experience working with SAP or like system;**
- **The ability to work with mínimal supervision, using your initiative to get the job done**
- **High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint with exposure to SAP ideal**
- **Strong communication skills with an aptitude to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people**
- **Exceptional organisation skills and strong attention to detail, with systematic and timely follow-through**
- **The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and operate well under pressure**
