We are recruiting for a passionate, independent and experienced **Territory Manager based in Queensland** to join our growing Operating Room Solutions (ORS) business team. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be part of the successful and collaborative team to promote Molnlycke ORS products and services in Quuensland region. If you are a highly sales driven Medical Sales Representative and like to work in a good culture company we look forward to hear from you.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Achieve agreed sales targets for specified products to ensure that overall company growth is achieved
- Promote products within the portfolio to accounts, thereby building sales and relationships
- Work in partnership with other Mölnlycke team members to achieve the best outcome
- Identify key decision makers in key accounts to ensure maximum sales are achieved in each account.
- Identify current usage and support forecasting requirements in key accounts, using appropriate reporting systems
- Develop and maintain Territory Business Plans in order to identify potential volume and gains
- Analyse sales data and update Territory Business plan to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Become competent and capable with related computer systems for product selection and development of customised products
- Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns
- Have a full understanding of territory regional and national contract frameworks. Identify opportunities for new tenders and changes to existing tenders so that maximum sales increase may be realised. Manage all tender activity in the territory in a proactive way so that we manage the process to the full advantage of Mölnlycke

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Degree qualification in nursing or science related studies
- Sales experience working in medical devices or pharmaceutical industries
- Passionate in medical sales with strong integrity working ethics
- Analytical and entrepreneurship mindset taking full ownership in assigned territories.
- Able to engage and manage multiple stakeholders
- Good organisational skills to prioritise workload in a dynamic business environment
- Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills, CRM and relevant system skills
- Good team player with a sense of self-less attitude.

**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Frequent business travelling required
- Travelling up to 25%
