**About the role**

The Site Implementation Officer is a strategic role supporting the implementation of the 3-Year-Old Preschool and related early childhood reforms across South Australia.

The role provides expert advice, guidance and direct support to government early childhood services and preschool sites to ensure readiness, and capacity to deliver 3 year old preschool and other early childhood reform priorities. It leads change management processes, site-facing strategies and stakeholder engagement. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-impact reform environment and requires initiative, strategic thinking, and strong collaborative capabilities.

**Essential**: Nil

**Desirable**: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.

***Special conditions**

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**

ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
