**Rostering/Allocations Consultant**

**Full Time: 40 hours (Mon - Fri)**

Salary starting at $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience. Plus Superannuation.

Established in Sydney, Global Disability and Health Care Services has been providing quality Registered Nurses and Support Workers for 20 years to Public and Private Hospitals, State Government, Non-Government Organisations and Private care.

**Position Purpose**

**Position Description**

Main responsibilities include the following:
Booking and filling shifts over the weekend before leaving Friday afternoon
- Administration skills are essential.

Implement control procedures (e.g. incident reports) when issues occur for documentation and management
- Management of complaints or issues that may arise
- Filling priority shifts on the Bookings ratings screen
- Comply to procedures for 6am office start and / or 6:30pm closing

**Attributes**
- Ability to interact with External and Internal clients professionally
- Call centre or customer service centre experience welcomed
- Experience in coordination and administration support
- Experience in a similar position and background in recruitment preferred
- A high level of motivation and drive to support and coordinate a wider team
- Strong written skills for the creation of plans, reports, correspondence and other documents
- Demonstrated time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and use initiative to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong Computer literacy and fast data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Ability to meet KPI’s and deadlines whilst accurate in the pace of work in a fast paced office
- Ability to face and overcome new challenges seen in the course of work
- Ability to work and interact with members of staff at various levels in the organization
- Ability to arrive fast at workable decisions and to adapt self to any working condition

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
