**Type**: Fixed Term (3 month)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and maintain staff rosters across disability support programs
- Respond to last-minute changes and fill shift gaps promptly and efficiently
- Ensure rostering aligns with individual support plans and staffing qualifications
- Liaise with support workers and team leaders to confirm availability and shift allocations
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, industrial awards, and internal policies
- Update rostering systems with accurate and timely data
- Prepare workforce planning reports for management
- Support service delivery teams with staff coordination and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and coverage
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth operational workflow
- Assist in the implementation of rostering procedures that support positive customer outcomes

**Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
- Background in disability, community services, or aged care preferred
- Familiarity with rostering tools such as Care Vision

- NDIS Worker Check
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $40.00 - $44.63 per hour

Work Authorisation:
