**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As we continue our strategic growth journey, we are seeking a Strategy Business Partner to help shape and drive our vision of leading the global energy revolution.

As a senior member of the Strategy team, you’ll play a critical role in guiding the organisation’s strategic direction—collaborating with executives, identifying opportunities, and driving high-impact initiatives that align with our ambitious goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Provide insights through comprehensive business and market analysis to inform decision-making
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities, assessing associated risks and challenges
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and clear communication of strategic goals across the business
- Lead the development of specific strategies and detailed business plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and measurable outcomes
- Support the development, refinement, and tracking of strategic metrics, targets, and annual plans

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) may be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development, business and market analytics, or a business consulting role.
- Previous exposure to M&A processes is highly valued. However, not essential.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in strategic frameworks, tools and data visualisation tools is a plus.
- Ability to operate independently and confidently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Background in capital-intensive industries such as energy, infrastructure, or resources is highly desirable
