WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We have an awesome 12-month Head Coach opportunity for a passionate and agile leader from either retail or corporate to join the vibrant and energetic team that makes our Company Store

Reporting to the Senior Head Coach, Victoria this role will lead a team of 40+, and drive all in-store activities to achieve sales goals, and customer service levels.

This store is accessible by invitation only, exclusive to Nike staff, sponsored Athletes and Corporate Partners.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

This fast-driven environment will see you involved in:

- Provide leadership and people development including hiring top talent, training and development, performance management, succession and career planning and coaching
- Drive Store Performance through effective budget management and achievement of KPIs
- Plan for continued business growth through execution of the retail strategy driven through customer service, operational excellence & product merchandising.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE?
- A passion for the Nike Brand
- 2+ years’ large retail store management experience
- Retail business systems
- Demonstrate Retail Operations knowledge (Includes but not limited to; Budget, Inventory Control & Customer Service)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
