
Remuneration and People Analytics Manager

**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the GM People - Remuneration, Systems and Analytics, this role is responsible for the Remuneration and People Analytics components of the WHL and CRG employment offer / value proposition, encompassing remuneration, benefits, recognition and performance management.
**Note: This role is a 12-14-month maternity leave contract**
**What does the role involve?**
Development and maintenance of Reward and Recognition frameworks, eg job evaluation, incentive plans, benchmarking
Subject matter expert providing advice and recommendations relating to executive compensation
Preparation of Remuneration Committee papers
Support the People team in aligning performance and reward practices
Provision of people data and analysis to support decision making through regular, ad-hoc and Board reporting including completion of WGEA, People Report, monthly scorecards and project support
Annual remuneration review - Develop, communicate and co-ordinate all aspects of the annual remuneration review process
Develop remuneration model and principles for use in providing recommendations
Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
Retail Management review - ensure retail management salaries are above relevant award (GRIA) amounts through the development of a costed roster model
Partner with the Retail teams to ensure that the design of retail-based incentive programs is aligned to WHL group philosophy and practice, business outcomes and supports the EVP
Partner with the WHL Remuneration team to develop and implement the annual group STIP.
Accountable for the execution, communication and administration of the Group Performance Share Plan in the region
Oversee the Development, maintenance and improvements of regular reports & analysis on People Metric for consumption by the business, Business Partnering Team and other COEs.
Oversee data and information for the Quarterly People Report and Financial Year End reporting
**Who are we looking for?**
Proven experience within a Remuneration/compensation manager role ideally managing a team
Highly numerate/analytical with advanced excel skills
Tertiary qualification in HR or Finance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience executing company wide bonus schemes
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
