**Chandler Macleod have an outstanding opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator in Gillman**

***

**Position is to start ASAP, Monday to Friday**

***

**Duties**:
***
- **Booking in all transport carriers, making sure that all timeslots are adhered too.**:

- **Work with warehouse team leaders and the transport coordinator to streamline the safe loading/unloading of all vehicles.**:

- **Support billing in updating all required data entry accurately and daily.**:

- **Review and maintain daily volumes making sure that timeslots are booked and followed.**:

- **Understanding of COR whilst making sure that this is always followed.**:

- **Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook**:

- **Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment a must.**

**Skills & Experience**:

- **Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel.**:

- **Experience with SAP, PWS & TMS desirable**:

- **Experience in transport and logistics industries desirable**:

- **Ability to work in a team environment, often under tight time constraints.**:

- **Ability to identify discrepancies in transactional data with data entry.**:

- **Excellent numeracy and reconciliation skills.**:

- **Effective written and oral communication skills**:

- **Great attention to detail.**
