**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Administration Manager, Surgical Wards, As a Ward Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operations of our hospital wards. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to clinical staff, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals and patients. Duties of the role may include:

- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including maintaining patient records and coordinating appointments
- Facilitate effective communication between healthcare professionals and patients
- Ensure the efficient flow of information and documentation within the ward
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through exceptional customer service

**About you**:

- Relevant administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
