Perth, Australia IPA Personnel Services Full time

**IPA **is looking for an **Experienced FIFO Site Admin** to join and work with our client based in WA.

**The role**

Working within the admin team reporting to the Village manager, you will be required to assist with day to day admin duties of the FIFO camp, including but not limited to:

- Speaking with on site team members and actioning their requests as required.
- Booking rooms and flights for the Village tenants
- Liaising with third party providers
- following up and actioning all required admin duties to ensure the smooth operation within the admin department.

This roles is within a FIFO environment and may require flexibility/ability to work day/night shift as required.

**About You**
- Minimum 6 months work experience, preferably within the FIFO admin
- Experience using the INX system and other FIFO admin systems
- Valid Class C, Manual Driver's License (preferred)
- Ability to provide a clear current National Police Clearance
- Willing and able to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen (at your expense to be deducted after starting)
- A proactive approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail
