In the role as a
**Site Admin**, you will be supporting the variety of different teams and site managers on-site. Day to day activities will include but not limited to:

- Working collaboratively in a **fast-paced work** environment to provide administrative support.
- **Create purchase requisitions** and review invoices against scope of work.
- Organising **mobilisation** and **travel arrangements** to internal staff and contractors.
- Ensuring **due diligence** are met.
- Confirming booking of swings.

**Essential**:

- Ideal experience: 1+ year as FIFO site admin
- Will need to be able to undertake and successfully pass Full Medical Assessment incl. a Drug & Alcohol Test.
- Ideally already have a White card, Rio Tinto inducted
- A positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A love of helping others and providing a positive interaction.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
