Lindfield, Australia Little Steps Early Learning Full time

Little Steps Early Learning Centre located in East Lindfield is a brand-new purpose built Childcare Centre licensed for 40 children, providing a welcoming, safe and nurturing home away from home environment. We are looking for Educators who will provide high quality care and education to the community around us, to join our supportive team and be mentored to become a great educator. We are seeking:

- An Experienced Diploma Trained Room Leader
- this is a full time (5 day - 8hours) or (4 days-10hours) position. We are looking for someone who has experience in this industry and previously been a Room Leader will be highly regarded for the position.

This person will be responsible for the daily running of the room, daily communications, daily journals, observations, programming, daily care and routine for the children. This person should have confidence, be a quick thinker, use initiative, be able to take direction.

Have a sound knowledge for the EYLF, NQS and NQF and put these things into practice. We are looking for someone who is good at building trusting relationships with the children and their families.

If you have a creative flare, love singing, dancing and getting active with the children to keep them engaged this could be the job for you.

Good Time Management Skills to be able to balance being with the children and also doing the required paperwork.

And last of all we are looking for someone who is kind, caring and will nuture the children to learn and develop through play.

This person should have strong leadership skills to run the room with educators being instructed and trained in the room.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lindfield NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
