Little Steps Early Learning Centre.

We are looking for an Assistant who is Certificate or a Diploma Trained for the Preschool Room. We are a purpose built centre catering for up to 40 children per day that opened February 2019. Our centre is located in East Lindfield.

**Requirements**:
**Assistant**
- Diploma of Children’s Services. Will consider a strong Certificate 3 applicant with experience.
- 2-3 years previous experience.
- Toddler age experience.
- Passion for the industry.
- Someone who uses initiative.
- Someone who has creative flare.
- Someone who enjoys educating and guiding young children to be the best of their capabilities.
- Someone who has good English communication skills both verbal and written.
- A good sound understanding and can put EYLF, NQS and NQF into practice on a daily basis.
- Someone who wants to get out and be part of a wider community in the area.
- Someone who has experience doing programming
- observations, who can follow the cycle of planning.

Must Have:

- Diploma/Certificate in Children’s Services or Early Childhood.
- Current WWCC required.
- Current First Aid required
- Child Protection/ Identify and Respond to Children and young people at risk certificate.
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate required.
