We have one of the most unique offerings in the marketplace, providing advice and support to ensure businesses have someone to turn to when they have difficult Employment Relations and Work Health & Safety issues to navigate.

**To support our growing Client base, we are expanding our FIELD based WHS team across Brisbane greater basin.**

This is a pivotal role in which you will be working directly with small to medium businesses across a diverse range of industries through face-to-face meetings. The only way we can ensure Australian workplaces are safe, is to visit them.

**In this position you will**:

- Work directly with business owners to understand their business and determine their WHS needs.
- Create tailored documentation including policies, procedures, handbooks, SWMS and action plans.
- Travel regionally and interstate as required visiting our diverse client base.

**Your story so far**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years industry experience in WHS. Experience in WHS consulting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Cert IV in Health & Safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel frequently, both local and interstate
- Current Australian drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle
