Our Company

Ozvisas Pty Ltd is a Migration Agency, with over 17 years of experience in the industry, offering specialized migration solutions, across a broad range of visa sub classes. Our main clientele are Sri Lankans and Thai nationals.

Our services range from, preparation and lodgement of GSM visa applications, provision of written submissions and responses to Departmental requests and advice relating to student courses in preparation for student visa applications.

We are looking for a Full-time/Part-time Registered Migration Agent to join our dedicated and motivated team. Ideally a successful candidate team will be able to work autonomously and conduct and manage their own caseload.

Duties:

The suitable candidate for the role would:

  • Actively manage and develop client relationships including face-to-face communications, telephone, and email inquiries.
  • Prepare, check and lodge visa applications successfully.
  • Provide migration advice and assistance across various visa subclasses including: General Skilled Migration (GSM) and skills assessments, Partner and family visas.
  • Comply with the Code of Conduct by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA);
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines with regards to preparation and lodgement of visa applications and appeals.

Qualifications and Qualities:

  • Current registration with Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) or as a minimum having completed a Graduate Diploma of Migration;
  • Preferably a minimum 1-2 years experience as  a Migration Agent, or similar industry experience;
  • Proficiency in the use of Migration Manager is preferable;
  • Excellent English language communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize and meet deadlines;
  • High Level of attention to detail, ensuring that documents are prepared accurately for lodgement;
  • Ability to provide accurate and professional advice pertaining to migration and other related DHA applications;
  • Genuinely enjoys working in a multicultural environment;
  • Ability to liaise with a wide range of clients from non-English speaking backgrounds;
  • Interest in personal development with an aim to continuously build and expand knowledge.
