**Job Description**:
A great opportunity for a Billings Officer at out Head Office near Perth Airport.
- compiles, computes and records billing, statistical data, and other numerical data for billing purposes.
- Ensure all sales orders are opened in a timely manner.
- Complies with Internal Control System throughout the billing process.
- Reports and escalates any deviation or gaps in the process.
- Assist, coordinate and cooperate with business to ensure the quality and timing of invoicing.
- Operate 3rd Party customer web portals.
- Receive, analyse, and issue credit note request in line with the approval process.
- Sending, archiving, and following up of invoices.
- Monitor open sales orders daily.
- Perform daily duties as outlined by the Billing Manager.
- Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines.
- Assist in month end closing and internal/ external audit requirements, providing all required documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in large volume processing, including:

- Billing in multiple business units with multiple profit centres and price lists.
- Billing in multiple entities and currencies.
- University Degree in Finance/ Accounting (desirable).
- Experience in Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger (desirable).
- Advance skills within Microsoft Office
