**Your Role in Our Team**: As our **Dental Receptionist**, you’ll be the face of our clinic - greeting patients with a smile and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients into our modern, comfortable space and creating a positive first impression.
- Managing appointments, schedules, and patient records using the EXACT practice management software.
- Providing seamless support to our dental team in delivering exceptional care.
- Handling administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and file management.
- Answering calls, addressing inquiries, and assisting patients with any concerns.
- Keeping our reception area organized, professional, and sparkling clean.
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
- Assisting with translations for bilingual patients, where needed.

**What We’re Looking For**: We’re searching for someone with enthusiasm, initiative, and a warm, welcoming personality. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Experience in a dental clinic (a must).
- Proficiency with the EXACT practice management software (highly preferred).
- Dental assisting experience (bonus points).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature that makes patients feel cared for.
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not essential).

Pay: $47,655.67 - $81,815.26 per year
