The role of a Trust Associate - Estates is focused on working alongside the Trust Managers ensuring estates are administered efficiently, effectively and in line with legislative and compliance guidelines.

- Maintain regular and effective contact with stakeholders
- Assist Trust Managers with regular compliance tasks and service requests.
- Manage the estate renunciation process
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service
- There may be instances where a book of clients may be provided to the Associate
- Provide support to Trust Managers in relation to client enquiries and trust management activities.
- To assist with projects and operational improvement initiatives affecting Estates
- To ensure all Estates are compliant with legal and business requirements
- To achieve high levels of internal and external client satisfaction

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

- Minimum three years' experience in an administrative role
- A proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience operating in a client focused role
- Strong attention to detail and compliance focus
- Some knowledge of laws relating to trust & estate administration
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and relationships
