**What You’ll Do**:
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting participants throughout their NDIS journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Helping participants understand and implement their NDIS plans, connecting them to the formal, informal, and mainstream supports they need.
- Working closely with participants to identify their goals and allocating funding effectively to achieve those goals.
- Assisting participants with plan reviews, evaluating current supports, and identifying new opportunities to ensure a comprehensive service offering.
- Researching, recommending, and connecting participants with service providers who align with their individual needs and goals.
- Building strong relationships with allied health professionals, community organisations, and government agencies to ensure participants have access to a range of supports.
- Engaging with the community, fostering connections, and contributing to the growth of our network.
- Actively contributing to our bonus structure with new participants sign-ups and maintaining strong participant retention rates.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking an individual with a genuine passion for supporting NDIS participants. You’ll need:

- Previous experience as a Support Coordinator, with a solid understanding of NDIS processes and participants’ needs.
- Strong customer service skills, with an ability to build meaningful relationships and offer personalised solutions.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A valid NSW driver’s licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- A Working with Children Check for paid roles, as well as a National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of the _Quality Safety and You_ NDIS New Worker Orientation and NDIS Induction Modules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
