Before starting with LEAP, every support worker participates in a comprehensive half-day induction that provides valuable insights into the company, its services, your team, and the broader industry.

Joining LEAP Social Services allows you to make a significant difference by helping young people in crisis achieve their goals and become more engaged in their communities.

**Learn closely from coordinators, while providing the following support**
- Overnight Residential Care Support: become part of a team that supports children/young people who are in 24 hour/7 day care with LEAP.

**Location**:Penrith Area - Willingness to travel if needed.

**Applicants must possess**:

- Current Employee Working with Children Check, and a clear Criminal History Check.
- Relevant NDIS workers screening is essential (NDIS Worker Check)
- Current First Aid Certificate,
- A reliable 4 door clean vehicle, comprehensive insurance and a valid NSW driver license ( P2 and Full license ONLY)
- While certifications are highly accepted, we also value relevant experience to which both will be considered.
- Strong English speaking and literacy skills are a must to effectively communicate and engage with our participants. Access to a laptop/word is needed.
