**About the role**:
As the Manager, Facilities, Fleet and Sustainability, you'll lead and manage a small team responsible for maintaining safe, secure, and sustainable facilities and fleet assets. You'll drive high-quality service delivery while leading corporate initiatives to achieve positive environmental outcomes. This senior role requires a strong leadership background, coupled with a passion for sustainability and innovation.

**In this role you will**:
To be successful in this role you will be required to (not limited to):

- Lead and manage a small high-performing team, to deliver exceptional facility and fleet management services.
- Engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to embed sustainability practices and resilience into EPA's operations.
- Drive the development and implementation of corporate sustainability initiatives aligned with EPA's Environmental, Social, and Governance targets.
- Utilise your expertise to implement successful reporting programs focused on sustainability matters, ensuring compliance with essential reporting standards.

**Skills and experience**:

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to plan, monitor, and deliver multiple concurrent projects/programs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive positive change towards environmental sustainability.
- Proven ability to take charge, work independently, and drive projects forward.
- A collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and a passion for driving positive change.
- A genuine desire to contribute positively to environmental protection efforts and make a meaningful impact at EPA.
- Experience in senior-level facilities and asset management, coupled with expertise in delivering sustainability projects/programs. (Not essential)
