**Clayfield Veterinary Clinic are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager to join our team**
We are looking for a driven and proactive Practice Manager, someone who finds joy and satisfaction from leading a team.
Do you have a passion for developing teams and a mindset of maintaining positive team culture? Looking for days that include a laugh (there will be pun’s) where team is family and ‘have your back’?
We have a high performing and very experienced full team of Vets & Nurses. 5 veterinarians sharing 10 years’ experience, supported by a qualified and very experienced team of nurses who are actively utilised valued members of the team. Most of us have been here 4+ years
While we are a long-established clinic in the community, we are still experiencing growth and have exciting opportunities on the horizon - bring your creative thinking

**About The Role**:
- Overseeing all operational and people matters within the clinic and is responsible for communications, procedures and business services.
- Leading on all employee matters including recruitment, workforce planning, health and wellbeing, recognition awards, people performance, training and development.
- Being highly engaged in customer experience and client loyalty activities, clinic service streams, marketing, digital services, social media, complaint resolution and compliments.
- Managing the financial performance of the clinic, stock control, procurement, accounts, budgets, and profit and loss.
- Leading on work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment as well as cleaning and presentation standards.
- Bringing a transparent leadership style focused on collaboration and engagement.
**About you**:
- Leadership experience required, Industry experience beneficial but not essential.
- Enthusiasm to support and inspire a team, with a growth mindset and drive to continue learning.
- An innate ability to follow up and finish tasks, diplomacy in communication and flexibility whilst being committed to achieving set outcomes.
- Have strong problem solving, decision making and organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A genuine, warm and supportive style that enjoys caring for people who care for animals.
