**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and deliver invigorating group fitness classes tailored to diverse fitness levels and objectives.
- Lead engaging workouts, ensuring participants' safety and proper exercise techniques.
- Cultivate an inclusive and motivating atmosphere, fostering a strong sense of community among participants.
- Build rapport with members, understanding and addressing their fitness goals and needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote classes and participate in marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and energetic gym environment.

**Qualification**:

- Certificate III in Fitness

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in safe and effective exercise practices.
- Ability to adapt workouts for various fitness levels.
- Enthusiastic, motivational, and positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
