**Duties**

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a **Technical Specialist **you will:

- Implement technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Implement any required changes effectively in production.
- Provide support and guide delivery teams on established standards and processes.
- Provide support on high level estimates for new initiatives.
- Support and deliver a range of technical tasks including initiatives, enhancements, and upgrades to ensure efficient and effective change and delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to internal and external teams and partners to ensure effective delivery of technical and business outcomes.

**Skills & Experience**
- Windows server 2012 and above environment experience
- Intermediate to Advanced MS SQL experience
- 2+ years’ experience working in a diverse enterprise platform environment with a hybrid vendor/ internal support structure
- AWS infrastructure knowledge and experience
- Very good communication skills in both written and verbal form, as well as good interpersonal traits. A ‘people person’.
- Experience using a ticketing system for support items. (ServiceNow experience highly regarded)
