**APG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Call Centre Operator for 12-month assignment within a Gosford Government Sector.**

**The Role**:

- 12-month contract, possibility of extension
- $34.01 per hour + Super
- Gosford Location
- _Working Hours: Up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week_
- The successful contractors will be working on a 7am-7pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays._

**Primary purpose of the role**
- Provide high quality generalist service as the first point of contact for Service NSW contact centre customers.
- Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledge to transfer customers to appropriate contact centre specialists in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Undertake administrative work as required to support the provision of high quality service delivery

**To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes**:

- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous government experience is preferred but not required
- Good typing skills
- able to use a mouse and monitor
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
Specific software will be taught however contractors need to be technically savvy and have the ability to pick up systems quickly
