**About the Company**

Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced Client Liaison Officers to commence a contract through until 30 th June with possible extension. Within the department you will actively contribute to the eradication of invasive species that threaten South East QLD Flora and Fauna.

**About the Role**

As a Client Relation Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of aerial services by providing quality customer service to clients and providing operational and administrative support to the team.

You will be required to work on a rotation as both office and outdoor-based officers, depending on operational requirements. The CLO staff will be required on location to provide assistance to clients at properties that have known livestock or cropping concerns that require staff to be on site during treatment

**Responsibilities**
- Provide quality customer service to clients concerned by aerial operations, responding to inquiries, and accurately recording details on relevant databases
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of aerial operations
- Use judgment and problem-solving skills when undertaking allocated tasks
- Work autonomously on a rotation as both office and outdoor-based officers as per operational requirements

**About you**

To be successful for this positions you will need to possess a current 'C' Class driver's license and have the ability to drive long periods on a daily basis. Additionally, you will have a high level of computer skills and communication skills, which will enable you to provide quality customer service to clients concerned by aerial operations, respond to inquiries, and accurately record details on relevant databases

**Desirable skills**
- Knowledge of, or have worked in the aviation industry
- Experience in an operations environment
- Working within a team environment
