**About the role**

Key Responsibilities will include;
- Administration tasks including - development of inductee training plans, booking system management and monitoring shared inbox in Outlook to ensure timely responses
- Engage and support inductees throughout the day with online learning modules to ensure they are compliant to mobilise to site
- Ensure that inductees are fitted and issued with correct PPE and recorded correctly
- Maintain accurate inventory control and prompt replenishment of PPE

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with exceptional customer service
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
