We're seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering practice. This is a hands-on, client-impacting role where you will design, implement, and manage AWS cloud environments, deliver event-driven architectures, and ensure mission-critical systems operate reliably and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Lead AWS cloud infrastructure design and deployment, creating scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Implement event-driven architectures using EventBridge, Kinesis, SNS, SQS, and Lambda for real-time processing.
  • Manage containerized workloads with Fargate and Docker.
  • Configure and optimize AWS networking (VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPNs) and implement robust security solutions.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and GitOps practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure with CloudWatch, X-Ray, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Architects, DevOps, and software engineers to implement innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in cloud architecture and operations.

About You

  • 5+ years in cloud infrastructure roles, with deep experience in AWS.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing .NET microservices in distributed environments.
  • Expertise in networking, event-driven systems, and data pipeline architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SNS, and SQS.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator) highly regarded.
