If you are generous in your desire to help others grow in their knowledge and careers and have strong IT experience, communicating highly technical concepts to audiences at different stages in their AWS journey, we’d like to speak with you.
We are looking for a dynamic, organised self-starter to join our Training Team.
In this role, you will deliver training content to customers that drive adoption and usage of AWS services. You’ll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching with enthusiasm for technology, to own the learning experience and establish positive customer relationships. You will have excellent communication skills and proven technology training experience.
Key job responsibilities
Deliver classroom and on-line training to customers and partners.
Assist in developing and maintaining training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
Mentor internal and external authorised instructors as part of a train the trainer program.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community.
Understand AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.

This position involves travel responsibilities, typically for one week every month (once restrictions lift).

AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate Level
Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services highly desired.
Recent experience in one or more of the preferred IT domains - AI/ML, Data/Analytics, Security, Enterprise Systems or Software development
Experience creating and maintaining training materials.
