We are currently looking for a Program Manager with experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, for a CBD based role on a 2-year fixed term contract.

The Program Manager will:

- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain the strategy, prioritisation roadmap, and delivery aspects of the Transformation Program
- Implement the required processes and methodologies for successful delivery of all projects.
- Identify and manage project and program risks and issues
- Tightly control and manage all project and program financials, and provide clear communication and updates about the program to the executive.
- Plan and deliver all assigned projects in the program, driving change management across the organization, and regularly reporting to business, ELT, and Steering Group on the status of the program.

Key Experience Required:

- Experience in leading teams of project/program management, business analysis, testing and change management within a fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly skilled in senior stakeholder management, and with a demonstrated ability to lead through shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
