**The Opportunity**

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with this well-established, corporate entity operating within the service and logistics sector With a global presence of 8000 and a growing team of 150 across Australia, they are now seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support in a time of steady growth and expansion.

Working with a diverse group of stakeholders across a varied internal environment, you will support, and guide stakeholders HR objectives, as well as support with HR projects and initiatives. Reporting into the HR Director, this is an opportunity to work in a tightknit team and get involved in all operational aspects across the HR lifecycle.

**The Duties**
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to managers to improve performance and development of their teams
- Conduct regular meetings with the leadership team to build trust, credibility and provide expert HR consultancy and guidance
- Support and mentor line managers on the performance management process
- Work closely with stakeholders to guide and support the Talent Acquisition process
- Adept at working in dynamic, fast paced environments and passionate about the HR function
- Experienced HR professional with previous exposure to strategy
- Experience in large entities and professional services will be highly regarded
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
