**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who loves the thrill of the hunt. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on cold calling, enjoys running the full sales cycle, and wants to play a key role in our rapid growth. As part of our small but mighty team, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.
- Cold call prospects and book meetings to introduce our revolutionary platform.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to demo to close.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored, insight-driven solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with our content and revenue teams to refine and innovate sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally with a focus on cold calling and business development.
- Experience in the IT or media sector is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
- A passion for sales and a hunger for success, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
