The Opportunity:
We have a newly created position for a Capital Works Finance and Administration Assistant to support across cash flow management, administration and general duties at Rialto, a key Melbourne site. This is a great opportunity for a determined and agile multi-tasker to work closely with the Asset team, Project Delivery Group and Dexus Finance teams to ensure Capital Works program data efficiency and help in the overall success.

The role:
As the Capital Works Finance and Administration Assistant, you are responsible for day-to-day project support and general accounts administration, while maintaining best-class customer service and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Capital Works Program Manager and working in the core of this busy asset, you will be tasked with ensuring accurate financial processing, managing monthly budget and data collection, and supporting overall team success. Additional responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the management and administration of the Dexus Capital Works system including project status reviews, reporting and document updates.
- Ownership of cash flow documents and management of all finance administrative documents including budgets, invoices, and monthly review.
- Collate and update key data surrounding financial reporting, project updates and overall support for the development of critical Capital Works reporting plans.
