About the role We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Commercial Finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be a trusted partner to the leadership team within our Construction division, providing financial oversight and strategic support for major infrastructure and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for capital projects.
Ensure robust financial governance and compliance across all project phases.
Provide commercial insights and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
Support project delivery through financial planning and risk management.
Review and challenge capital plans, cash flow projections, and financial assumptions.
Lead the preparation of monthly management reports, including Capital Expenditure and Cash Flow analysis compared to budgets and forecasts.
About You You should have significant experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner or Manager, managing a complex finance function within a large organization, ideally in a related industry.
Additional qualifications and skills include: Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Accounting; CA/CPA qualifications are advantageous.
Advanced knowledge of ERP finance modules (SAP preferred).
Experience with month-end close and financial planning processes.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and communicate data clearly.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior management and executives.
