As a key member of the Finance Team, the role will provide support to the cross-functional and leadership teams for Engineering and Innovation by providing financial information, tools, analysis, and insights to assist in making more informed decisions to drive the business strategy.

**About the role**

**Reporting & Financial Data Management**
- Deliver consolidated capital results and forecasts, including variance analysis
- Provide guidance on cash requirements for upcoming capital expenditure
- Develop standardised, user-friendly reporting formats and ensure key insights are understood to inform strategic decision making
- Validation of savings, plans and reporting for Strategic Cost Advantage (SCA) projects for capital and innovation projects

**Capital**
- Drive the completion of financials (including IRR) for Request for Expenditure Authorisation forms (REA’s) and project post-mortem reviews
- Support and consolidate financials for any major capital initiatives
- Support plant Finance Business Partners (FBP) with timings for project closure and capitalisation

**Innovation**
- Consolidate and evaluate the financials for any new products and categories
- Ensure financial post production reviews occur after launch

**About you**
- CA/CPA qualification or working towards
- Ideally experience in a capital analytical role ideally within the FMCG industry or similar
- Knowledge of savings definitions and methodologies
- Ability to utilise broad range of business reporting tools, eg. Microsoft Office, SAP, MicroStrategy, OneStream
- High degree of numerical and reporting accuracy. Attention to detail - experience with forecasting and project management
- A strong desire to be proactively involved and influence cross-functionally within the company
