As the Customer Success Engineer, you'll use your knowledge to develop market strategies in a diverse client environment. You'll deliver successful outcomes for key industry players through innovation, strategic solutions and building relationships.

As the Customer Success Engineer, you will establish and enhance our customer relationships to promote adoption, consumption, retention and loyalty of our software and services solutions.
As the Customer Success Engineer you will be:
- Providing expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.
- Undertaking the ownership of OnePM installed base, long-term service engagements and the digital transformation of our customers across oil and gas, power generation and industrial markets.
- Ensuring the understanding of customers organizational and IT strategies and desired outcomes for their businesses.
- Educating clients on the OnePM roadmap and ensure long term alignment.
- Managing OnePM performance, support ticket resolution, client feedback. Manager on a regular basis to discuss technical approaches, Business development, account management and opportunities.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with several years of experience in Engineering/Technology).
- Have 5 - 10 years of experience in reliability or similar field.
- Demonstrate expertise in Asset Management, Reliability and Maintenance
- Demonstrate experience with APM solutions preferred
