The Collins Class Submarine (CCSM) program is one of the most complex Defence projects in Australia and in support of this, we are currently seeking a Support and Test Equipment (S&TE) Supply Officer to join our Henderson team.

Working within our Supply team, our S&TE Supply Officer will be responsible for ensuring all Support and Test Equipment is safe, certified, located appropriately and ready for use. As a service provider to the business you will be required to support technical personnel in a pro-active manner with review, identification, and management of required Support and Test Equipment in a timely manner to contribute to the scheduled conduct of maintenance tasks.

**About the role**

Reporting to the S&TE Manager your role will consist of:

- Assisting trades to locate S&TE equipment and rectify any deficiencies
- Provide support through issue and return of Support and Test Equipment
- Raise demands/picking tickets for replenishment stock
- Packaging and transport Support and Test Equipment within ASC
- Forklift duties

We are seeking an individual who has the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Stakeholders and who can work well both as part of a team, and autonomously.

**About you**

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Stores role
- Experience and knowledge of safe working practices, legislative requirements and Australian standards pertaining to specific equipment and tools.
- Computer skills particularly in corporate databases, inventory control programmes and Microsoft office packages.
- Deliver exemplary communication skills - written and verbal, showcasing your ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the company across WA and SA.
- Eligibility for Australian Defence Security Clearance.
